Joe from Ireland
The last time I was here, I got a hoarseness in my throat. Then when I got home I got it investigated. They found a lump on my vocal cord, they took it off and it was cancerous. For about two months, I was getting ready to do therapy for 25 sessions. They put a cage on your head bolt you to the table because you can’t have any movement at all. It was just horrific.
Medjugorje helped me through all that. Because I did a routine everyday for 25 sessions and I started praying for my grandchildren, just offering the whole thing up for my grandchildren. Saying an Our Father, a Hail Mary, a Glory Be for Christina… and move on to the next grandchild while it was happening. It also helped me know where I was in the time period that it was taking to do it. So when I came to a certain name, I said it’s just another two and then it’s over. It helped praying for them and offering it up.
I just accepted the whole thing and offered it up. A few years ago I wouldn’t have been able to do that. Medjugorje has really strengthened my faith for me to do that. Thank God.
